Returns Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, simply contact service@avacashmere.com. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.

1. Send an e-mail to service@avacashmere.com and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Follow up on the instructions we sent in the email.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office(or another economical way, using flat rate or priority shipping, don't use expedited, expensive shipping). Send us the return tracking number after shipping out(we don't offer a return label; you need to pay the return shipping fee). If the return is our responsibility (such as shipping the wrong products or defective products), we will issue a refund for your return.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed within the next two business days.

We can ship to many countries. Usually, you can place the order, which means we can ship.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. (Note: For some big orders, in case of credit card fraud, we need to confirm your personal details. Please make sure your e-mail or phone number is correct and available.)
